Billing & plans
Moio offers a free tier for individuals and a Pro plan for teams that need more seats and advanced features. Billing is managed per workspace.
Plans
Moio Free
Included at no cost:
- Editor — Vector tools, flex layouts, components
- Figma Import — Import .fig files or copy-paste from Figma
- HTML Preview — Live preview in the browser
- 1 seat — One person with Edit access
Moio Pro
Everything in Free, plus:
- Multiple seats — Add team members with Edit access
- Interactive Components — Advanced component behaviors
- Content Generation AI — AI-powered content features
Seats
Seats determine how many people can have Edit or Edit & Share access to your workspace.
- Included seats — 1 seat on Free, more on Pro
- Occupied seats — Members with Edit or Edit & Share permission
- Available seats — What's left to assign
View-only members don't count toward seat limits.
Managing your plan
Where: Settings → Workspace → Billing
On Free
You'll see:
- Your included features
- Get Pro — Upgrade to Pro
- Add payment method — Set up billing before upgrading
On Pro
You'll see:
- Status — Active or Trialing
- Price and billing interval
- Next billing date
- Latest Invoice — Download or view past invoices
- Payment info — Card on file
- Edit payment information — Update your card
- Manage subscription — Cancel or change your plan
Trials
Pro subscriptions may start with a trial period. During the trial:
- You have full Pro access
- Trial end date is shown on the billing page
- You can cancel before being charged
- At trial end, your card is charged automatically
Troubleshooting
Why can't I access Billing?
Only workspace owners can view and manage billing. Ask the owner to make changes.
Billing page won't load
Refresh the page. If it still doesn't load, check your internet connection and try again.
I'm over my seat limit
You can have more occupied seats than available, but you'll need to upgrade or remove members to stay within limits.
